What’s the Carbon Professional School? – CPS is an online training program to become certified as a Carbon Market Professional – ready for a variety of positions in the green, sustainability market. This program can be completed by an individual or by an organization that wants to educate employee groups in sustainability practices.

CPS Training Program Information

The Carbon Professional School gives you a number of options for becoming more educated and earning a certificate as a Carbon Market Professional. Whether you are an individual getting a head start for new jobs in the green world or an organization that is gearing up to deal with upcoming environmental legislation, we can help. We serve individuals and groups in a variety of training/educational modalities.

What are these?

1. Individual Online Training. The Carbon Professional School is an online education program leading to a certificate as a Carbon Market Professional.
   
   This is ideal for people who want to learn new skills, expand their current marketability, and want to be able to differentiate themselves to potential employers. An individual (or a group) can enroll in the program and make their way through the material at their own time and their own pace.
   
   
2. In-Person Organizational Training can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization.
   
   All of the modules of the school are available to be presented as live, in person training – which also includes real-time group activities. Although this training can be totally customized, the general format is a 2-day workshop with an intact organization. It is a very solid and content-packed two days.
   
   
3. Hybrid training is the latest buzz word in higher education because it combines the best of both of the above.
   
   Part of the material – usually the beginning, core concepts, and the ending synthesis activities – is presented in live, in-person training sessions. Other topics are covered using online materials. This option allows the most customization and the timing is totally variable, depending on your needs.

Whichever modality is right for you, you will be working with doctoral-level university instructors throughout your training.
